The name, StellaFirma, incorporates the latin words for star and firm.

We want to transform your goals that may feel as unattainable as a star in the sky into solid, practical, and realistic steps.

We help individuals feel connected, empowered, and seen in their work - no matter where or what that may be. We come from a place of genuine curiosity and start with intentional listening to hear what's working and what isn't. We then incorporate that information into a plan to get you, your team, and/or your organization where you want to be.

The work we do often looks like change management, program or project creation and management, facilitation, training, and coaching.

    Services geared towards individuals and organizations in need of change management. Whether it be developing a professional goal, introducing a new protocol, or exploring a pie-in-the-sky idea, let’s do it together.

    It’s hard managing people. Let us help you and/or your organization become more effective and compassionate people managers via specialized services including trainings, assessments, and coaching sessions.
