The name, StellaFirma, incorporates the latin words for star and firm.
We want to transform your goals that may feel as unattainable as a star in the sky into solid, practical, and realistic steps.
We formed StellaFirma Strategies after countless hours of conversation with family, friends, strangers, and co-workers. Most of the people we spoke to had dreams of what they or their organization could be doing if they “only had the time”, “knew where to start”, or “were more organized”. There was so much going on in their lives and business that they could not focus on working towards goals that were meaningful to them or their organization. When we spoke to these people about their ideas, their eyes would light up and their body language would change. It was clear that there was a need for a catalyst, an organized person who could map out processes to make it simpler for people to reach their seemingly lofty goals. StellaFirma Strategies was born.

Our Values
Aim high
Dream big. Don’t create boundaries for yourself that aren’t there. Be ambitious and aspire to be greater than you are today.
Be curious
Ask questions. Actively listen to learn. Get out of your comfort zone. Open doors and keep those doors open. Don’t say no for others.
Uplift others
Empower, elevate, and value others. Ensure that others feel valued. Show up and be present. Keep yourself accountable.
Take action
When you can, do something about it. Let go of narratives that no longer serve you. Focus on what you can control, and release to the universe those things you cannot.
Be inclusive and open-minded
We are enough. We all belong. Respect others as everybody brings varied thoughts and experience to the table. Never assume, and don’t judge yourself or others. Share openly, do not hold onto information.
